今年は参加している農業法人で2反ほど大豆栽培が増えそうです。去年も非常に大変でしたが今年はどうなるでしょうか。過去12年間で部分的に少量ギブアップの畑はありましたが、完全放棄したことはないのですが・・・。

Thaank you very much for your nice comment, Mayola. I am both a tofu maker and a soybeans farmer. Very busy every day. I want to write more things about Japanese tofu but I have not so much time for it.
